depending on your state it might be that you have to be a dealer to file for a lost or replacement title plus in most states it is illegal to sell a car witout a title

Thats dumb right how come they can? I wonder how they get a title to it a few weeks ago i bought a 98 volvo and the people i bought it from went to get the title and got arrested and deported i still have the car i bought it but i dont know how to get a title to it and i cant find the people, you need to find an auction where you dont have to have a dealers license i live in missouri and some most the auctions you dont have to i love going to salvage auctions where you buy wrecked new cars and they are sometimes easy to fix if you buy the right one.
