How much do you guys think a 2003 wrx manual with 40,000 miles on it would go for at a CAR AUCTION?

I was looking at a car auction list, that takes place near my town and I saw this car there. How much do you guys think it would go for at an auction? and also how much cheaper are cars at an auction then when you would buy them from a dealer or private seller?In general. Thanks for your answers I appreciatte it.
