How long does a lending instutition have to auction a repossed vehicle?

And is there any way of getting it back if it was a voluntary repo?
It’s not about my car. I’m not asking about a particular companies ideas. I’m asking about the law.

    Why are you asking us?

    Ask your lender, read your contract…your answers should be right there.

    Most states have varied laws regarding this matter, so look up your states attorney generals website.
